The idea started in 2023, when a Dutch coach and a Filipino father talked about how few young players in the Philippines get the chance to train abroad. A year later, the first group of 18 players landed at Schiphol.
Our coaches work at Dutch youth clubs during the season and hold official coaching licences. Our team in the Philippines knows the families, schools and clubs the players come from.
Players go home with better skills, more confidence on the ball and friends from all over the Philippines. For many of them it is also their first trip abroad.
